Over a decade ago, we started our first food truck, Fancheezical. Since then, we have built more trucks, added a brick and mortar, launched partner trucks, and now, we are using our experiences to guide other trucks to success. 

We offer a physical place for your truck to live, a place for you to prep your food, onsite industry expertise, AND a technology package to keep your business selling and thriving out on the road.

We are food truck owners, operators, builders & advisors. We have backgrounds across many industries - hospitality, tech, sales, operations, retail and beyond. But our passion has always been as foodies and entrepreneurs.
